Portia Management Services Ltd is the international arm of Peel Ports Limited. Portia provides management, advisory, consultancy, training, financial and other services to ports and related organisations throughout the world.

Portia are part of the JV Company that has won a 10-year contract to provide marine services at King Fahad Industrial Port in Jubail, Jubail Commercial Port, and Ras Az Zawr Port in Saudi Arabia.

The contract commenced in March 2010 and covers the provision of the following services: Pilotage and Tugging Services, Maintenance of Marine Crafts, Maintenance and Cleaning of Marine Facilities and Control Tower Operations.

The Company are currently recruiting suitably qualified marine personnel in the categories shown below to ensure the safe and efficient operation of marine services at these three ports.

Required Qualifications
• Master Mariners; Class 1 foreign going
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Computer Literacy
• Good communication and inter-personal skills

Marine Pilots
• Minimum 5 years experience in open tonnage piloting

Marine Inspectors
• Minimum 2 years served sea time as a Master or Chief Engineer
• Minimum 3 years as Marine Inspector
• Knowledge of SOLAS
